Requirements:(Must)

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (network and servers)

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)

Experience in PC setup and troubleshooting

Experience in internal help desk/user support

Basic communication skills in English or Japanese
