JOB SUMMARY Provide IT services and support daily administration tasks as business

requirements:from Unicity MKT Viet Nam & Unicity Labs Viet Nam. DETAILS OF

RESPONSIBILITIES:& TASKS 1. IT job - Setup/reinstall PCs/laptops, printer, network equipment.

Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting.

Support end users for all IT issues: PC hardware, install software, printers, fax, telephone,...

Graduated from High Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related discipline.

Ability to read and understand English technical documents in order to acquire, develop knowledge in the process of IT training.

Knowledge of setup and configuration network router/firewall, switch, IP phones/ WIFI access point.

Knowledge in computer hardware and software including TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Windows Desktop,...
