Job description:

Support/troubleshoot for end-user about using IT software/hardware/system

Make IT document (SOP, Form, Policy, training,...)

Manage computers, IT common/shared assets and license

Other tasks from manager

University graduation of Information Technology major

Communicate in English is a must.

Experience about Windows, Office365, Printer/Fax, Telephone, Network and computer hardware is preferred

Logical thinking, dynamic & innovative

Having high
