Education A degree holder with a strong understanding of Incoterms, global shipping practices, and supply chain terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English, Chinese speaking is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills A positive, collaborative attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
