Program Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, driven students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program.

Working Location: 6 interns in Hanoi office (23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem) – for Business/Marketing, and Human Resources candidates 6 interns in Hai Duong Plant (Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong) – for Technical Engineering candidates 3.

Internship Duration: 12 Months (full-time), tentative start date: September 1, 2026 First 2 months – Foundation Training: Build a solid foundation in industry knowledge, corporate culture, and professional skills, while participating in real projects Next 10 months – Hands-on Experience: Work directly within specialized departments, guided and supported by a dedicated Mentor

Final-year students or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience Candidates with Technical engineering background: GPA from 2.5/4.0 Candidates with Business/HR background: GPA from 3.0/4.0 Good communication skills in English Strong soft skills, eagerness to learn, and a drive for personal development
