Internal Communication Intern

Create engaging content for internal communication channels to promote company culture and employee engagement.

Support the management of internal communication channels, including email, chat groups, intranet, and social platforms.

Assist in planning and executing internal communication campaigns, employee engagement activities, and company events.

Design communication materials such as posters, banners, presentations, and internal newsletters.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business, Communication, HR, or related fields; Strong interest in employee engagement, and HR practices; Content creation skills (text, images, videos) with familiarity in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, AI tools); photography/videography experience is a plus; Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail; Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; English proficiency is a plus; Having a personal laptop.
