Integration Engineer Lead/Technical Lead

Who We Are Looking For 1.

Experience 5–7 years of experience in software development 2–3 years in a senior/lead role Tech Lead, preferably in HRM, Fintech, or similar domains Experience leading end-to-end integration projects with third-party partners (banks, payroll providers, ERP systems, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (HUST, PTIT, VNU, or equivalent) 2.

Core technical skills (must-have) Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with hands-on experience in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch) Experience designing and building GraphQL APIs Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Cloud experience with AWS or GCP 3.

Engineering practices Solid understanding of software principles, common design patterns, and software best practices Track record of improving application security, performance, and operability 4.
