Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.
Physical Ability: Capable of climbing wind turbines and performing physically demanding work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license in Vietnam is desirable.
Certifications: GWO or other industrial certifications are beneficial.
HSE Commitment: Understand and commit to maintaining HSE standards in wind farms.
Language Skills: Basic or good Chinese skills (both written and spoken), with English literacy as a plus.
Teamwork: Enjoy working in teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
