1. Educational background: Bachelor degree in Information Technology 2. Experiences:

At least 2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Have strong senses & skills working as IT/ End-user support.

Good knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory).

Basic understanding of Networking (VLANs, Switching, WiFi).

Familiarity with Firewall/Proxy concepts...
