Indirect Purchasing Intern

Support daily Indirect Purchasing operations under the guidance of the Team. Assist in preparing Purchasing documentation (RFQ, comparison, legal contract …). Create Purchase Orders (PO). Support recording and reporting tasks. Coordinate with internal departments under supervision. Other tasks delegated by the line manager.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Internship experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.

Basic understanding of logistics operations and willingness to learn.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, integrity & trust, responsible and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Fluent English.

Working location: Vinh Phuc - Piaggio Factory
