Education Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cotton trading, textile raw materials, or B2B industrial sales. Experience working with spinning mills or textile manufacturers is preferred.
Knowledge Basic knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), L/C, T/T payment methods, and import procedures. Understanding of global cotton market trends is an advantage.
Skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical skills and ability to monitor commodity price fluctuations. Good command of English (for working with overseas suppliers). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Personal Attributes Proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented. High sense of responsibility and integrity. Willingness to travel to factories when required.
