IE Manager (Garment, $4000, Id21261)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer specifically within the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. Certifications: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or formal LEAN Manufacturing certification is highly preferred. Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of garment production processes, line balancing, and GSD (General Sewing Data).

Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and AutoCAD/GGT (preferred). Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
