Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects. Experience in banking/finance or ERP systems is highly preferred. Strong skills in

requirements:gathering, analysis, and documentation. Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Visio. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
