[Hybrid] Business Analyst Leader

Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

requirements:. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and designers to ensure

requirements:are clearly understood and properly implemented. Conduct gap analysis between current systems/processes (As-Is) and proposed solutions (To-Be). Support solution design by identifying system features, data

requirements:, and integration points. Participate in testing activities: define test cases, support UAT, and validate deliverables against

requirements:. Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams. Assist in change management and provide training or documentation for end users.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. From 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects. Experience in banking/finance or ERP systems is highly preferred. Strong skills in

requirements:gathering, analysis, and documentation. Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Visio. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: 28M – 32M Gross.

Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; 1.5-hour lunch break).
