Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Administer HR operations: attendance, payroll, social insurance, PIT declaration. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor law. Drive employee engagement and internal communication activities. Support training, performance appraisal, and people development programs. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Administration Oversee office administration: stationery, equipment, facilities, vendor management. Handle company documents, official letters, and licenses. Process and manage legal documents for foreign employees: Work Permit, Visa, TRC. Track office expenses, prepare payment requests and admin reports. Engagement employees Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 02 years of experience in HR & Admin roles. Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and foreign labor procedures. Strong skills in employee relations and internal communication. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
