Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or related areas.
Experience working with HR systems and supporting HR technology initiatives.
Exposure to HRIS implementation, enhancement, or administration is highly preferred.
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting/analytics tools is preferred.
Good understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is an advantage.
