benefits:, and performance management, at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Experience in Administration support for expatriates.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Employment regulations.
Experience in employee relations and issue resolution.
Fluent English.
