Update and maintain employee information in the HR system and personnel files.
Guide employees on required documents; receive, review, and properly file employee records.
Draft labour contracts and related HR documents in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Register and check employees’ personal income tax (PIT) codes and related tax information.
Support the preparation and submission of social insurance documents and declarations.
Assist in payroll preparation, salary calculation, and salary payment procedures under supervision.
Provide support for other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, or related fields.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Logical thinking with a data-driven mindset and good data handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
Good English communication and time management skills...
Quyền lợi
Internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND per month. Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Opportunity to become a full-time employee based on performance. Flexible working arrangements and internship certification provided upon university request.
