Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, and offboarding for restaurant and corporate functions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for operational, supervisory, management, and back-office positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring needs across four restaurant outlets.
Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
Prepare and process monthly payroll for approximately 70–80 employees across four restaurants and back-office teams, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payment.
Manage attendance, leave administration, overtime calculations, service charge distribution, and all payroll-related documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related fields.
Basic English communication skills are required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Payroll, or related positions.
Strong payroll and labor law knowledge.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or service industries is highly preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
