Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruiting & LOD, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Skills:

Strong facilitation and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus) to engage diverse audiences.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
