A. Recruitment (40%) - Develop and implement recruitment plans based on manpower
requirements:from departments.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and report recruitment progress and results.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Develop and implement PG recruitment plans; coordinate with recruitment agencies to source, select, and provide qualified candidates in a timely manner according to the Company's staffing needs. B. Employee Relations (40%) - Handle onboarding procedures, including labor contracts, personnel records, and orientation programs.
Manage labor contracts, including new contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Administer employee resignation procedures, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records.
Support the resolution of employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and labor regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. C. Internal Communications (20%) - Manage communication through internal channels such as email, DingTalk, and other communication platforms.
Create and implement internal communication content and campaigns.
Organize employee engagement activities, including birthdays, team-building events, and company celebrations.
Design or coordinate the development of communication materials.
Promote company culture and internal policies.
Support new employees during onboarding and address employee inquiries.
Collect employee feedback to improve employee experience and engagement.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, or general HR.
Good understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic design and content creation skills are preferred.
Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset.
