Recruitment Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new employees.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment for assigned positions.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels.

Coordinate and improve employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.

Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Development & Employer Branding Support onboarding programs for new employees.

Coordinate internal engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.

Support training programs and learning & development activities when required.

HR Operations Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.

Support HR administrative tasks and internal HR projects.

Assist the HR team with other HR functions when required.

Corporate Tasks Stay updated with recruitment trends, labor market insights, and HR best practices.

Proactively recommend improvements to recruitment processes.

Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Agency is preferred.

Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.

Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
