Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1–3 years of working experience in HR administration, recruitment, or C&B. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR management systems.
