1. HR Data Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support business and HR decision-making. Analyze HR data (headcount, hiring, turnover, retention, performance, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders. 2. HR Data Management & Performance Monitoring Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and reports. Monitor and track HR KPIs and workforce metrics to support organizational performance. Support HR functions with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard

requirements:. Responsible for standardizing, cleaning, and verifying the accuracy of HR data on a regular basis. Collaborating with the IT department to build, secure, and optimize HR database structures. 3. Continuous Improvement & Business Support Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency. Support HR projects and strategic initiatives through data analysis and business insights. 4. Human Resources System Oversee the administration, configuration, and daily operation of HR software and systems (HRIS, ATS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for HR software vendors; coordinate to troubleshoot technical issues, manage system maintenance, and implement software updates/upgrades. Evaluate system performance, gather feedback from internal users, and collaborate with vendors to customize features based on business

requirements:. Participate in or lead HR technology projects, including system migrations, new software rollouts, and monitoring vendor deliverables. 5. Ad-hoc task: Willing to receive the other task when having from Line manager. Willing to support the other functions when required.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor or advanced Degree, Prefer Data Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields.

3-5 years of experiences in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, Data Analysis, Workforce Planning, or related functions.

Experience working with HRIS and large HR datasets.

Experience in retail, FMCG, or large organizations is preferred.

Good in both verbal and written English Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

SQL knowledge is a plus.

HRIS reporting experience is an advantage.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Data visualization and reporting capability.

Advanced Excel and dashboard development skills.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Strong problem-solving capability.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Continuous improvement mindset.
