In charge of the C&B administration process: onboarding; offboarding; mandatory insurance registration/de-registration; PIT registration (tax code, dependent); offer letter/labor contract management.
Manage employee’s data via the system and excel file.
Contact with employee regularly to respond to their concerns (simple matters only) with guidance from Senior Consultant.
Handle Paperwork: checking & verifying, scanning & recording documents, data input.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that administrative tasks are managed effectively and in compliance.

Yêu cầu
6 months experience in an HR administration support role.
Experience with medium-to-large-scale organizations (500+ headcount) is an advantage.
Open for in-house and external payroll background.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (a plus).
Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Offices (Word and Excel) A problem-solver and result-oriented person in managing multiple partners at the same time
