HR Analyst (English, Excel, Power BI, SQL)

The HR Analyst supports HR functions by collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting employee data to improve HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making.

This role focuses on transforming data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, automating reports, process coordination, and HR system administration and optimization while building a foundational HR analytics capability.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of HR, HR operations, HR data, or analyst experience is a plus.

English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent.
