HR Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Prepare HR documents such as labor contracts, amendments, and other employee-related documents.
Monitor contract expiry dates and support contract renewal process.
Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
Assist in filing and maintaining personnel documents.
B.
Office Administration Manage office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance.
Manage administrative tasks related to company drivers, including schedules, attendance, leave records, overtime tracking.
Support travel and transportation arrangements for employees and visitors when required.
Support vendor coordination and invoice administration.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Ensure office facilities are properly maintained.
C.
C&B Support Support attendance tracking, leave records.
Support health insurance and employee welfare activities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
D.
Other Support Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily HR operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and support various HR functions.
