Mô tả công việc 1. Supplier / Customer Management:
Preparing and sending data and reports to suppliers.
Working with suppliers (customer) regarding product documentation.
Follow-up shipments from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD. 2. Promotion Execution:
Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.
Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively. 3. Activity Tracking & Evaluation:
Monthly track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.
Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Sub-DBs contract, monthly incentive schemes.
Follow up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes. 4. Sales Performance Tracking:
Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target.
Daily tracking stock situation to avoid Damaged goods/NED/Out of stock. 5. Documentation work:
Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Sub-DBs/Customers.
Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team. 6. Other tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu:ứng viên University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred) Sales data analysis skills English Communication B or over Planning skills Problem-solving skills Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly Can work under pressure
