(HN) Senior Tech Designer/ Tech Pack Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a Vietnamese expert, experienced Technical Designer who can develop buyer-level Tech Packs based on 2D/3D design concepts, sketches, and reference samples.

The ideal candidate should have strong garment construction knowledge, fit/comment capability, and the ability to support staff training and technical development within our Vietnam office.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Design / Garment Technical Development

Strong understanding of: o garment construction o sewing techniques o pattern and fit o apparel production processes

Ability to independently create buyer-level Tech Packs

Experience handling fit sessions and technical comments

Familiarity with sportswear, casualwear, or woven/knit garments preferred

Proficiency in: o Adobe Illustrator o Excel o PLM systems (preferred) o 3D design tools such as CLO3D / Browzwear (preferred)
