ROLE PURPOSE The North Senior Recruitment Specialist - Hanoi Operations is responsible for high-volume hiring across frontline, store-level, and operational roles to support rapid expansion and large-scale workforce needs.

This role ensures 4P’s consistently attracts and hires values-aligned, service-minded, and high-performing frontline partners.

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields

Preferred: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) Language:

3–5 years in recruitment, including high-volume or frontline hiring Relevant Expertise:

Demonstrated success in mass hiring for service-driven roles
