Education - Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience - Minimum 10 years in banking/finance company, with strong exposure to retail lending.

At least 5 years in a senior management role handling auto loans/ Car Loan & Credit Loan or equivalent products.
