Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of UF/MUF/PF resin systems is an advantage

Experience in process control and problem-solving

Leadership and team management skills

Good English communication skills
