Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a Head of Production, Plant Manager, Production Director, or equivalent leadership role.

Proven experience leading multiple production departments or multi-site manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
