Define and drive F&B strategy across MVL's multi-brand portfolio — city hotels and resort properties

Work closely with the Commercial team to co-develop F&B concepts and brand direction as new properties are added to the portfolio

Own P&L performance across all F&B outlets: revenue, cost management, and profitability targets

Lead F&B...

10+ years in hospitality F&B, with at least 3 years at Director level or equivalent

Proven track record managing F&B across multiple properties or brands simultaneously

Strong commercial acumen — you read a P&L as fluently as a menu

Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with Marketing and Brand teams on concept development
