HCMC - Production Development Specialist (Compound) - Footwear Team

As a Compound Developer, you will be the key architect of our footwear performance, working at the intersection of innovation, industrialization, and sustainability. YOUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate the development, industrialization & duplication project plan focus on compound availability - Develop compound until validation CTF & go mass production meet physical

requirements:- Optimize development cost & negotiate for the fair value/ price of my products.

Guarantee the product quality through good management of my development.

Manage the continuous improvement of my activity.

Work on innovation exploration project with my eco-system teams - Participate in FW panel management/ growth by giving my inputs/ actions for supplier panel review & sourcing where needed - Offer my technical support to the eco-system teams: material advice, sole, compound allocations. Build and align the compound catalogue align with my customer needs ( process, sports)

WHAT YOU OFFER US:

Proven experience in compound and sole with a strong track record of delivering results - You thrive in complex situations and have the ability to lead and influence partners and internal teams.

You communicate with clarity and confidence in English, Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus.

Technical passionate, detail oriented, functional works, sport lover, hustle mindset.
