A. Investment Origination & Strategy

Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across:

Industrial properties (Ready-built factories/warehouses)

Data center developments (hyperscale, wholesale, JV structures)

Other strategic initiatives aligned with platform growth

Conduct market research and track key trends (rental rates, land pricing, demand drivers, etc.)

Support development of investment strategies, entry structures, and market expansion...

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or relevant field of study.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experiences (e.g. Investment, Financial Due Diligence, M&A Advisory). Experience in warehouse development or industrial park land plot acquisition in Vietnam is preferable.
