[HCM] VIDEO PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

*Take ownership of the end-to-end video production process, including filming, post-production, and final delivery, ensuring all content aligns with the creative direction. * Execute video shoots based on approved scripts; independently determine camera angles, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling to produce high-quality content. * Direct on-screen talent during filming, manage on-site situations, and provide guidance to ensure natural, engaging, and authentic performances. * Edit videos, perform color grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, subtitle creation, and optimize pacing to maximize performance on TikTok and other short-form video platforms. * Collaborate closely with the TikTok Content Executive to transform creative concepts into visually compelling content with strong audience retention. * Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media best practices, proactively recommending improvements to enhance content quality.

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Multimedia Communications, Design, Film Production, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in video production, with hands-on experience creating content for **TikTok or other short-form video platforms * Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools. * Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, camera movement, and visual storytelling. * Strong creative mindset, excellent visual aesthetics, and the ability to tell engaging stories through video. * Self-motivated, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced content production environment.
