MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:Liên hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng từ dữ liệu có sẵn; Tư vấn, chăm sóc và hỗ trợ các thắc mắc của học viên trong quá trình trước, trong và sau khi hoàn thành các khóa học; Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu nhu cầu của khách hàng, tình hình thị trường; Xây dựng kế hoạch bán hàng cá nhân và báo cáo kết quả công việc đầy đủ, đúng thời hạn; Nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm các kênh tuyển sinh mới, xây dựng cộng đồng học tập và phát triển sự nghiệp; Các đầu việc khác liên quan đến tuyển sinh theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên. II.

QUYỀN LỢI:Thu nhập: LC 5.000.000 – 15.000.000 VNĐ + Hoa hồng hấp dẫn (Thu nhập thực tế của các Nhân sự tại công ty từ 10.000.000 – 50.000.000 VNĐ/tháng) Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (Từ 8h00 – 17h30, nghỉ trưa: 12h00 – 13h30) Chế độ đãi ngộ: Được cung cấp DATA khách hàng tiềm năng; Cơ hội thăng tiến và phát triển cao; Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo chuyên sâu về kỹ năng, chuyên môn và tư duy trong công việc; kỹ năng mềm, phát triển bản thân; Chế độ BHXH, BHYT, thưởng, nghỉ phép, nghỉ lễ đầy đủ theo quy định; Đối với nhân sự thâm niên trên 1 năm, mỗi năm có thêm 5 ngày nghỉ phép (ngoài phép năm) được nghỉ liên tục có lương để đi du lịch, về thăm gia đình,… Được khám sức khoẻ định kỳ hàng năm; Du lịch, nghỉ mát, Team building, Year End Party… Và rất nhiều chế độ đãi ngộ đặc biệt khác.
