Campaign Setup & Operations Work with Ops and Product teams to configure driver incentive campaigns: quests, bonus blocks, time/zone-based rewards, and top-up programs.

Input campaign parameters into internal tools, verify logic and conditions thoroughly before campaigns go live.

Monitor active campaigns daily - catch errors early, flag anomalies, coordinate fixes with the relevant team.

Support budget estimation and supply impact modeling ahead of campaign approvals.

Set up demand-side promotions: discount codes (vouchers), cashback, free delivery offers, and time-limited deals targeting specific user segments (new users, lapsed users, loyal users).

Configure eligibility conditions (service type, minimum order value, geography, validity window) and run thorough pre-launch checks before publishing.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Consolidate campaign data across both sides: driver incentives (participation rate, quest completion, burn rate) and customer promotions (redemption volume, CAC impact, retention signals).

Build weekly and monthly performance reports by vertical and by market.

Research & Recommendations Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor incentive and promotion mechanics (Grab, Xanh SM, ShopeeFood, etc.).

Propose campaign design improvements based on data patterns and on-the-ground feedback.

4th year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, or a related field.

Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, you should be comfortable building tracking sheets from scratch.

Detail-oriented by default: you double-check conditions before submitting, you notice when numbers don't add up, and you don't let configuration errors slip through.

Fast executor: you can pick up a new task quickly, ask the right clarifying questions upfront, and deliver without needing to be chased.

Able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment, without sacrificing accuracy.
