💚 How you’ll make an impact Coordinate reservations with suppliers and Inbound Teams to ensure smooth tour operations.

Brief tour guides and manage job orders, cash advances, and guide fee reports in the Tour Plan System.

Submit operational requests for approval, raise issues and propose solutions to the Supervisor/Manager.

Monitor and improve the performance of guides, vehicles, and suppliers to ensure service quality and support responsible tourism.

Coordinate supplier inspections, guide training, team meetings, and on-site quality checks.

Follow and promote company policies, including EXO Responsible Travel, Wildlife Code of Conduct, ChildSafe, and the Code of Ethics.

🎯 What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Good written and spoken English; an additional language (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of sustainable and responsible tourism is a plus.
