To negotiate and renew the contracts with the current tenants.

To plan and implement sales promotions for tenants.

To communicate with the store managers of each tenants 'To make and monitor the budget of SC other income To plan and implement the short term event To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex.

To check and guide tenants for disaster prevention.
