H&S Performance Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE The primary reason this role exists is to perform auditing to early identify risks of deviation from Vietnamese laws, INSEE safety policies, and standards.

Additionally, the role is responsible for implementing safety training, incident investigations, and conducting site safety inspections to ensure overall organizational safety.

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Certifications Qualified Safety Practitioner, ISO 45001 Auditor, and Certified H&S Trainer.

Experience 5+ years as an H&S officer/supervisor in manufacturing, preferably with MNCs.

Technical Skills Risk Assessment facilitation, Root Cause Analysis, and deep understanding of Vietnam H&S Laws.
