About the Role You own the marketing function. Strategy, execution, and results are all yours. You lead a team of 2 (Brand & Content + Digital Marketing Specialist), report directly to the CEO, and have full pipeline visibility from first touch to closed deal. What You'll Own 1. SEO & Organic Growth
Technical SEO: site audits, crawl issues, redirects, Core Web Vitals for inapps.net
Keyword strategy targeting B2B buyers in US, AU, Europe
GEO optimizing content for AI search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Content briefs and SEO direction for the content team 2. Paid Acquisition
Google Search Ads: build, optimize, manage budgets
Landing page testing and CPL improvement
LinkedIn Ads as budget scales 3. Analytics & Attribution
GA4: events, conversions, attribution, reporting
UTM governance and lead source tracking through to CRM
Weekly CEO dashboard: traffic, MQL, CPL, channel breakdown 4. AI-Powered Marketing
Use AI tools daily for content production, keyword research, outreach, reporting
Build automation workflows that increase team output without adding headcount 5. Team Leadership
Set priorities and KPIs for 2 team members
Coach Brand & Content Lead on SEO-driven content
Align with BD team to ensure MQL quality converts to SQL
Requirements:Must Have
5+ years in digital marketing hands-on SEO and performance marketing
Experience managing a small team (2–3 people): you set KPIs, reviewed output, coached people
Technical SEO hands-on: personally ran audits, fixed crawl issues, managed redirects or Core Web Vitals
Google Ads hands-on: built and optimized campaigns yourself, managed budgets and CPL
GA4 proficient: events, conversions, attribution, dashboards
Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core daily workflow not occasionally
English proficient Nice to Have
B2B marketing experience targeting US, AU, Europe understands long sales cycles and trust-based deals
Familiarity with GEO for AI search surfaces
Marketing automation tools: n8n, Make, or Zapier
Background in software, IT services, or tech companies
Proficient with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
LinkedIn Ads or Apollo.io for B2B outreach What will we offer
