Bachelor’s or college degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as production leader role in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of production techniques (Jewelry manufacturing preferred but not required).

Understanding of process control and quality standards.

Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Certifications (preferred): ISO 9001/14001, or related industry certifications.
