Qualifications:- Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance - Professional Certification: Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate (Required); ACCA, CPA - Experience: 15+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years at the Group level for a corporation with revenue ~ 10,000 billion VND.

Industry knowledge: Prior experience in a manufacturing-trading hybrid environment is essential.
