Odyssey offers a comprehensive reward system with an ongoing monthly productivity bonus of up to 60% of your monthly salary, along with semi-annual bonus, annual bonuses and end of tax year bonuses. Our remuneration is significantly above what can be expected in any other accounting firm.

Annual private healthcare when becoming a full-time employee.

Standard work week five (5) days, off Saturday and Sunday. Paid overtime available.

For fixed resource staff, direct engagement with Australian accounting firm staff, and possibility of additional bonuses. Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.

Experience with using AI in a research role to complete tasks, and in using AI to accomplish tasks.

Strong English skills.

Commitment to the accounting profession.

Strong “think outside the box” problem-solving skills.

A great team spirit.
