Utilise and follow the lesson plans and materials provided.

Adapt prescribed lesson plans when necessary, based on the learners’ needs.

Deliver dynamic and communicative lessons that are effective and engaging to the students.

Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement Actively participate in centre events both on and off-site as required by the Center Manager.

Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and Administrators to support students’ academic needs and centres’ operations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Previous teaching experience and/or a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is preferred. Minimum English proficiency of IELTS 7.5 (with no individual band below 6.5) or TOEIC 900. Strong classroom management skills. Clear pronunciation and excellent verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of effective, engaging, and learner-centered teaching methodologies.
