A.

Teaching Prepare lesson plans and deliver English lessons to students, encouraging learning through fun and interactive activities.

Collaborate with teachers and center staff to implement teaching methods and continuously improve program quality.

Use English consistently in class and create opportunities for students to confidently practice the language.

Monitor, record, and assess students’ progress (attendance, performance, and achievements).

B.

Classroom Support & Management Create a safe, friendly, and positive learning environment for students.

Observe students and adjust teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.

Encourage active participation and build students’ confidence throughout the learning process.

C.

Coordination & Communication Maintain regular communication with parents to update students’ progress and learning orientation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and share teaching experiences.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional knowledge and teaching skills.

D.

Administrative & Support Tasks Manage class records, attendance, and periodic reports.

Prepare teaching aids, materials, and support classroom decoration when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Language, or a related field; or possession of a recognized English teaching certificate.

Experience teaching English to children aged 3–16; preference given to candidates with experience in Cambridge English programs (Starters, Movers, Flyers) or international preschool English programs.

Proficient in all four English skills; clear pronunciation and easily understandable speaking voice.

Preference for candidates holding international certificates such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA.

Good understanding of child psychology and development; strong classroom management skills and flexibility in handling classroom situations.

Willingness to apply age-appropriate teaching methods such as TPR, learning through games, songs, movement, and storytelling.

Passion for working with children; patient, energetic, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, student services staff, and parents.
