Completing and administration related to teaching Maintaining teaching standards in line with SIMPace standards and observation forms.

Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations.

Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations.

Participating in training with a view to professional development.

Marking mock tests upon request.

Class observation.

Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.

Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS At least 1 year in a team leader role University Degree Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam. Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills. Clear accent and pronunciation A great deal of energy and enthusiasm Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development 3.
