Job Purpose Responsible for sales at the training center in alignment with the company’s budget and targets. Monitor staff to ensure their performance is accurate, professional, and effective.

Responsibilities:• Plan and work with SSM for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales

Monitor daily sales performance;

Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales)...

Qualifications

University degree with a major in English

Experience in administration and customer service (sales experience is preferable)

Experience in a supervisory position

Strong leadership and management skills

Proficiency in training, delegation, and coaching

Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
